Request Account Deletion

If you want to delete your SHU‑HA‑RI: Dojo account and all associated data, you can submit a deletion request at any time.

To request deletion, please send an email to:

In your message, include the Google account you used to sign in to the app.

What Will Be Deleted

Once your request is received, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Google account identifier
• Internal user ID
• All app usage data
• All preferences, progress and saved states
• Any other data associated with your SHU‑HA‑RI: Dojo profile

No data is retained after deletion is completed.

Data Retention Period

Your data will be fully deleted within 30 days from the moment we receive your request. During this period, your account will be marked for deletion and will no longer be accessible.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• If you reinstall the app later, you will need to sign in again and create a new profile.
• We do not sell, share or transfer your data to third parties.
• All data is encrypted during transmission and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
